Do I have to sign a long term lease?
No, our leases are month to month and you are not obligated to stay after the 1st month.

If I only need the unit for 1 month will I still get the discount?
Yes, no matter how long you need the unit you will get the 1/2 price for 1 - 3 months.

Do you offer military or senior citizen discounts?
We offer 1/2 price for 3 months on all of our storage units, this discount is for everyone. We do
not offer any additional discounts.

Are there any more fees other than the rental fee?
We have a one time administration fee at move in, typically $15.00.

Do I need to put a lock on my unit?
Yes, we require you to have a lock on your unit as long as you lease with us. You sell disk locks
which are recommended by the storage industry because they cannot be cut with bolt cutters.

What is climate controlled storage? And why do I need it?
Climate control units are designed to maintain a set temperature range. The temperature is set so
the items in your unit will not get too hot or cold depending on the time of the year. The temperature
is set by us and ranges from 55 - 85 degreees.

Can I pay my bill online?
At this time our website is not currently set up to do this. You may call the facility you are renting from
and pay over the phone with a credit card, or go by the office and set up auto pay, and your rent will
be taken out of your debit or credit card monthly.

Do you have cameras?
All Storage facilities have video cameras as a security measure located all over our property. Some of
our facilities have more than 70 cameras.
