7 Dallas Fort Worth Restaurants Offering Takeout During COVID-19 In late April, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced that some businesses, including restaurants and malls, could begin reopening with strict guidelines in place. Currently, Lone Star restaurants are allowed to offer dine-in services while following strict guidelines. These include limiting capacity to 50 percent, only allowing six or fewer patrons to a table, keeping groups of diners at least six feet apart, utilizing disposable menus, and disinfecting surfaces more frequently. Side note: Sorry margarita lovers; bars aren’t part of this early reopening stage.
