Greg Abbott announced that some businesses, including restaurants and malls, could begin reopening with strict guidelines in place. Currently, Lone Star restaurants are allowed to offer dine-in services while following strict guidelines. These include limiting capacity to 50 percent, only allowing six or fewer patrons to a table, keeping groups of diners at least six feet apart, utilizing disposable menus, and disinfecting surfaces more frequently. Side note: Sorry margarita lovers; bars aren’t part of this early reopening stage.
