Renting a storage unit can be instrumental in making major life changes easier to handle—this is why facility owners often refer to the four D’s of self storage (divorce, death, disaster and dislocation). All Storage customer Amanda Foust found herself dealing with that last D: dislocation, or more simply put, moving. Like many people, she turned to self storage to help her through the process. What she found was something above and beyond her expectations.
In a letter to All Storage, Foust said of her experience, “I appreciate in a quite personal way any company in today’s world that will focus so completely on servicing the consumer. All Storage employees and management have not only been trained right but they are also a group that wants to focus on the personal touch for each and every customer walking through the door.”
Foust went on to praise the friendly team at All Storage in Keller, Texas, where she still rents a unit. She made special note of Staci Mulldune, Ashley Delay and Susan Brown, who she commended for being “incredibly helpful and kind.”
For Ashley Delay of All Storage, Keller, giving personalized service to Foust was a memorable experience.
“It was a blessing helping her,” said Delay. “She is a passionate person who told me stories about her life. She reminded me of my grandmother.”
The All Storage facility in Keller is 42-acres, and for Delay it was important to ensure that Foust had an easily accessible storage unit within the large facility.
“I wanted to accommodate her and make sure she was comfortable,” said Delay, who helped Foust select a storage unit close to the front of the facility. “She is in a wheelchair and I would push her to her unit.”
It’s this kind of special care that inspired Foust to reach out to All Storage with her gratitude for the Keller facility’s ability to provide a professional and compassionate experience.
“Overall, her joy brings joy to me,” said Delay. “It’s been an honor helping her.”
