Self Storage Facility Manager 

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Communicating frequently with the area District Manager
  • Renting storage units
  • Completing rental agreements, receipts, insurance addendum and any other documents required for the transaction and/or reporting
  • Property and facility upkeep including grounds keeping and housekeeping
  • Keep empty storage spaces clean and ready to rent
  • Collection of all rent, fees and other monies owed to the business
  • Make courtesy and collection calls, collect past-due rent, and document these calls in the tenant files
  • Work 40 hours a week

 Successful candidates will possess the following skills:

  • People-person with a customer-service mentality
  • Self-starter who is proactive and independent, yet can lead a team to success
  • Sales over the phone and in person
  • Computer literate
  • Multi Tasking

 Compensation includes the following:

  • Competitive industry compensation
  • Bonus opportunities
  • One week of vacation after a year of service and two weeks of vacation after three years of service
  • Paid National Holidays

 

Self Storage Facility Associate

 Responsibilities include the following:

  • Working on-site 40 hours per week
  • Communicating frequently with the store Manager
  • Renting storage units
  • Completing rental agreements, receipts, insurance addendums and any other documents required for transactions and/or reporting
  • Property and facility upkeep including grounds keeping and housekeeping
  • Keep empty storage spaces clean and ready to rent
  • Collection of all rent, fees and other monies owed to the business
